After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of East London, Richard Morrison began building deep expertise in SQL Server Database Administration and Implementation. Over the past two decades, he has worked as a SQL Server DBA/Developer for a range of high-profile organisations, including Hiscox, the NHS, Pearson (Edexcel), Royal Mail, British Gas, Unilever, and Bet365—developing a solid reputation across both public and private sectors.

In November 2011, Richard founded DBTECH Solutions Ltd to pursue his vision of working on a broader range of technical challenges. Since its inception, DBTECH has built strong, lasting relationships with clients across the globe, delivering expert database solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and long-term value.
