After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies from the University of East London.  Richard began honing his skills in the art of SQL Server Database Administration and Implementation.  Over the past 10 years he has worked as a SQL Server DBA/DBD for Hiscox, NHS, Pearson (Edexcel), Royal Mail and British Gas.

In November 2011, Richard founded DBTECH Solutions to pursue his ambition to work on a wider variety of projects.  Since its inception, the company has managed to foster partnerships and develop long term links with many of its clients in the US and UK.
